Enhancement: Compatibility with VS 2017 #2

It could be great if this extension could be compatible with Visual Studio 2017.

Oh man, I have a major update for this with labels, filtering, a settings page and external diff tool support. I'm planning on submitting it to the marketplace eventually, but I could just put a build here if you're feeling adventurous.

You can also download it directly form the forked repository releases

Thanks a lot, but there are no marketplace page (404 - We're sorry, the page you requested cannot be found!). Maybe it is not published yet? I'll try direct download if marketplace will not appear soon.

I think they review it before going public, so it might take a little while!
