Frontend rework.

New/changed features:

replaced LiteMol with Mol* plugin
replaced Proteal with 1D RCSB viewer
changed the visuals of pocket information on the right side (resp. on the bottom)
added pocket details dialog
added polymer coloring
changed about/help pages

Requires further testing with Docker, in my case everything runs fine though.

Issues #99, #90 and #80 should be resolved by this PR.
