Features:

Allow the user to select a prediction model for P2Rank when uploading a custom structure. This allows using the AlphaFold model also for custom uploads which should explain and possibly resolve #142.
Changed the docking API from POST to GET when getting the results which makes more sense.
Updated rather old and previously wrong API documentation.
