Check for initial status #29

It is possible that the inital qued status is shown even if the task is imediately started .. a solution would be to ignore the first response.

For tasks in queue the rfresh rate starts at 1 second, increasing by 1 second up to 10 seconds. This should allow for faster initial refresh. As a result the status is changed from queued to running faster - if there is free worker.
