Add visualisation

Add cartoon + transparent surface visualisation.

As of now, we have 2 types, that can be changed using the toggle button:

• surface
• carton + atoms of predicted binding sites
• atoms of protein + atoms of predicted binding sites

So this would mean to add a fourth one? As now we use surface colour to provide information about conservation, with the transparent surface this is going to be hard to read.

We may also want to replace the toggle button with a list of visualisation.

This is resolved by providing two select boxes one for predicted bindings sites and one for protein.
