Hi,
I'm just making a note here that the PrepareForP2Rrank command in protein-utils contains a typo... there is an extra r in Rrank. It's probably tracable to this file https://github.com/cusbg/prankweb/blob/master/protein-utils/src/main/java/cz/siret/protein/utils/ApplicationEntry.java.

It's likely not worth fixing if other scripts already utilize this command name, but I think it may be worth noting here in case some new users encounter some kind of Command not found error.
