As stated in https://alphafold.ebi.ac.uk/api/prediction/Q5VSL9 there are two prediction versions. The links point to the latest one, so we use that one by default. However if a new version is added after we compute the prediction, the prediction is newer updated. In addition there is now no way how to tell for which version the prediction is computed.
