More data in the cooling simulation output #18

e.g. have it so the dictionary also includes coolant velocity and transport properties maybe? Liner thickness? Anything that's already calculated anyway, which might also be useful to have saved afterwards.

Added a lot more stuff (thermal resistances, transport properties).
