Hydraulic and equivelant diameter #21

Some resources talking about hydraulic and equivalent diameters for pipes. If we wanted we could refine the pressure drop model with these in the future (I'm not sure which diameter we're using at the moment for pipe losses - I think it's the 'hydraulic diameter').

The hydraulic diameter we're using seems to be what is most commonly used.
