Unable to Open the 'Assist' Window

Describe the bug I am attempting to create a button that opens the HA Assist window with a tap_action call. I am able to accomplish the desired result with all manner of cards with the exception of button-card.

Version of the card Version: 3.5.0

To Reproduce This is the configuration I used:

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Browser: Chrome
• Version 114.0.5735.199 (Official Build) (64-bit)
