in-card brightness adjustment #819

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To adjust brightness I have to go into more-info popup

Describe the solution you'd like Two things:

  1. Based on light state button card illuminates whole card - I would like this illumination be relative to the brightness of the card
  2. illumination of card can be dragged up and down to increase/decrease brightness
