This patch makes custom-card-helpers (and hence packages that depend on it, such as swiss-army-knife-card) operate correctly under Home Assistant 2022.4.0.
Specifically:
Updates the location of the elements referenced in getLovelace (fixes #72).
Includes (and sorry, it's kind of a gross hack) selectUnit() as source to work around the deprecation of @formatjs/intl-utils (fixes #64).
