energy_sensor_precision global setting invalid #100

I have set the global setting energy_sensor_precision and I get an error that this is an invalid option. Am I using it incorrectly?

Configuration invalid! Invalid config for [sensor.powercalc]: [energy_sensor_precision] is an invalid option for [sensor.powercalc]. Check: sensor.powercalc->energy_sensor_precision. (See ?, line ?).

Here is the beginning of my sensor.yaml file:
