2022.3.0b issue #176

Hi,

The card is not working with Version 2022.3.0b not load the playlists and the source list.

Seems like since the latest HA update, the cars show the error message that Spotcast must be installed. It is installed in my instance, and even works with the default HA media player, but it is no longer recognized by this card. not sure why.
