Getting error: DOMException spotify-card-editor has already been used

Describe the bug In Chrome console, even on a page that does not have the spotify card, I am getting the error Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'define' on 'CustomElementRegistry': the name "spotify-card-editor" has already been used with this registry

• [ X] Reproducable on a plain lovelace panel without card, style or theme mods
• [ X] Using latest version of spotcast and spotify-card [ ]
• [ X] Using latest stable version of Home Assistant
• [ X] I have Spotify Premium
• [ X] I have setup the Spotify integration in Home Assistant

To Reproduce Inspect any dashboard in HA using Chrome, this error is on the console log

Expected behavior No errors

found it. had an old pre-HACS spotify card resource loaded.
