Snapshot and Burst Record Functionalities

• Added snapshot and record buttons to thumbs to allow downloading of video feed images to the local device.
• Added styling for small and tiny screen widths (could eventually implement media queries but for now it is done in JS)
• Added detection of mobile app (iOS and Android) via user agent, blocked snapshot and record functionalities in those instances (is there a better way to do this? tested in iOS but not Android app)
• New properties created to show and hide these new buttons as well as to record duration (system will grab as many frames as possible during the time frame based on the camera update intervals)
• Readme updated to reflect all these changes

I'd love to hear any and all feedback regarding this feature implementation and possible suggestions for improvements.
