Chained currency conversion #92

Currently there is for example no NOK->DKK conversion avaible from avanza. Add the ability to chain two conversions together, i.e. NOK->SEK and SEK->DKK (this needs to be inverted since only DKK->SEK exist).

Closing since no one has mentioned this in two years and I don't need it myself.
