Aghs does not work for heroes that gets a new skill from it #34

New skills does not show up for heroes as a benefit from aghanim's scepter.

E.g. Clinkz, Terrorblade, Kunkka, Zeus, Enchantress

[steps to repro]

  1. Get a hero that learns a new spell if equipped by aghs
  2. Equip aghs
  3. Click on the hero
  4. See that the new spell is not available or it does not show up to the hero's list of spells

I just had a game where my Zeus didn't get the aghs skill, but another player in the game had a Zeus who did.
