Hi, I noticed that there is a gameplay issue for invoker lord. When I am using the hero axe with invoker lord, the culling blade cooldown will be 35sec instead of 0 sec with a hero killed when elemntal spirit proc. Hope you guys can fix this issue. Thanks.
