stm32f303cct6 dfu mode not detected #3

hi i have soldered 3 board with stm32f303cct6.

and after spending a fair amount of time i m convinced that the soldering is ok.

However when i press the reset button on each board, im seeing those message below: Did the designer faced such issue ?

sdw works with an stlink v2, is it possible to have the command to properly flash the bootloader and the bin file ?

closing, i have been scamed by a seller on aliexpress and the chip where labeled stm32f303cct6 but CubeProgrammer was detecting them as stm32f101/stm32f103.
