Fixed issue where sometimes events are hidden behind other events.

This doesn't quite work yet — each of these elements should be in-line, and the bottom element should only have a single indent.

Could you create a separate pull from the new commits to master too? This pull has some older stuff that I don't want to merge (remove clear etc).
