Highlights

Support for Android gradle plugin 8.0
Target SDK is updated to 33 from 30
JDK Version is updated to 17 from 1.8

Changes

Updated Android gradle plugin from 7.2.0 to latest stable version (8.3.1) (Release Notes)
Other plugins/dependencies updated to work with newer gradle versions and minimize warnings
- com.twilio:apkscale from 0.1.4 to 0.1.7 (Release Notes)
- io.github.gradle-nexus:publish-plugin from 1.1.0 to 1.3.0 (Release Notes)
- org.jetbrains.kotlinx:binary-compatibility-validator from 0.13.1 to 0.14.0 (Release Notes)
Changes related to gradle plugin upgrade
- Removed package from AndroidManifest and added namespace to all modules
- Enabled BuildConfig file only where needed by module
Removed com.github.ben-manes:gradle-versions-plugin as it was no longer being used
