chore: remove old sdk usage from sample apps

Changes

• Since we now have all public apis available in new implementation of the SDK, removed usage of old SDK instance from sample apps
• New SDK implementation is moved to right package, while older implementation has been moved to temporary package which will be removed after push and in-app modules are decoupled
• Added temporary workaround in sample apps to register push token in new implementation without EventBus
