chore: Update sample app version to include dots instead of forwrad slashes coming form branch names

This PR updates sample apps version for a branch to the following:

Given the branch is: elmorabea/MBL-647-update-sample-app-version Old version: elmorabea/MBL-647-update-sample-app-version New version: elmorabea.MBL-647-update-sample-app-version

This is to avoid parsing issues on the CIO portal of app versions reported having forward slashes in them.
