Send log to the JS thread #128

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Though I have setup the config with config.logLevel = CioLogLevel.info I don't see anything in my console (using Expo)

Describe the solution you'd like Logs to appear in the Expo console.

Describe alternatives you've considered Would be good to be able to configure our own logger, so that I can also send these logs to a dedicated service while in production

Hi @jbtheard. Thanks for sharing the details and use case for this. We don't really have anything similar in our plan at the moment, but I'll open a request internally for this so we can discuss and prioritize. We'll update here if we make a progress to help you achieve the goal.

@mrehan27 I actually have a question: where are they suppose to be seen at the moment ? I can't see any log regarding that sdk...

@jbtheard SDK logs are currently available in native consoles only. You can view them by following the expo docs for viewing logs

I have followed instructions here and yet I don't know where your logs can be viewed. Can you be more specific on point (4) so that I can see customer.io logs ?
