This commit installs the latest version of the native iOS SDK which includes the new Apple privacy manifest files.

This PR is ready for review, approving of the package.json file update to ship the Apple privacy manifest files.

Before merging this PR, I will:

Ship iOS MBL-189 : Release iOS
Update the iOS version in this PR, if the version doesn't end up being 2.13.0.
Install the latest native iOS SDK in sample apps to update the app's Podfile.lock files.

Ready to deploy

native iOS version 2.13.0 is correct.
I installed the latest RN SDK into the sample apps. See iOS PR description talking about cocoapods testing criteria to see how I validated this PR. Sample apps run and behave as expected.
