ci: build ios apps and upload to firebase #288

PR is a WIP. I created this draft PR so we can trigger the CI to test the GH actions workflow file.

Once this PR is showing that apps are compiled and uploaded to firebase, we can open this PR for review.

Closing this to manage PR stack easier. Most of the similar changes have been done in #298, and the rest will be handled in upcoming PRs.
