SSL Error when using gem #16

I can use the REST API fine from Ruby or cURL, but when I use the 0.5.0 gem today, I get this on an identify call:

OpenSSL::SSL::SSLError: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed

Was working fine yesterday.
