Add a way to list customers #23

Today I tried to clean up my customer.io list programmatically, but apparently there is no way to list the customers via API (either Ruby or REST).

Could you consider supporting this?

I've passed this request on to our product team (solving this problem is something we hear about a lot). If our public API supports it in the future, we'll add it to the gem.
