changes for use Font(for cell,col[dbgrid]) and another changes. #2

Hi ! My patches for supports "Font" in any grid items(cell, col, etc). Remove reassign from column based on TKCustomGrid to column based on TKCustomDBGrid as unused after my patches.

If you commit me changes - Please fixit manual documnets, and my English lang =).
