Turn on bluetooth flashback #40

system: archlinux desktop: cutefish0.6 Description:

1.Open the settings and select the Bluetooth option, turn off the Bluetooth switch and then turn on the switch, the settings flash back. 2.Use the terminal to open the settings and perform the same operation. The settings flashed back but the terminal did not print any valid error message.
