Ok, I guess closing and reopening this caused it to be updated with the rewritten history (I added two reverts in the middle, so now there are 43 reverts instead of 41).

Just deleting this pull/review request and branch revert_all_changes_from_don_squashed_into_one_commit; I've decided squashing it all into one commit isn't valuable.
