Three touch gesture for swiping over features #20

Dane did have and idea about trying a "magic wand" gesture--dragging three fingers over the map wouldn't scroll the map, but instead would show popups for any features you encounter as you pass over them. It would be pretty cool for dense maps with a lot of features. Not a priority for this release and probably worthy of a separate issue, but might be worth capturing.

It's not discoverable, but on the first couple interactive tile set uses, we could show a Growl-like popup to cue this.

It would be great if this worked universally and seamlessly for KML, GeoRSS, and interactive tilesets.

Ya, my idea is that for maps with continuous interactivity (like adjacent polygons) it would be nice to have a swiping gesture whereby you could simply run your finger over each shape to get interactivity without lifting up. Not sure how this could work though in terms of number of touchpoints.

This is possibly tied to #52 custom popups, since I don't think we could do popovers as fast or reliably as this would require, i.e., anything like mouseovers with web pages.
