support multiple bundled styles

As of https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-native/commit/28d8c13c2c1852062857070c17bc211d26902ba0 we have both bright & outdoors bundled with native, so let's get them in the resource bundle and hook up an easy switch by name.
