Fixes for missing files on cuu repo #2

This returns some missing files that keep the code from building on a clean machine.

The Allwinner section of the .gitignore stripped out test directories so they were not included in this new repo.

This fixes the .gitignore and also includes the required */test/ files needed so that the repo can build on a clean machine.

Alternately you can just use the .gitignore and add the files from your local machine.

Should fix issue #1
