u版yolov5l 1280尺寸，tph1536尺寸 同样数据。对比训练时候精度相差很大 #33

u版的是不是加载了预训练模型啊，收敛快正常。他这个tph要是没有预训练重新训的话那需要很多epoch才能收敛到那个精度水平。
