Is there a reason the 1.1.0 source code is not what is published to NPM as 1.1.0?

The NPM v1.1.0 does not include the isEdgeOrIE code.

I only ask because those fixes can be helpful to support IE11 in USWDS code. By way of them using receptor/keymap.
