figure out how to listen for cancelled/dismissed app installs #30

We wait until an app install succeeds or errors before we continue onto the next queued app to install. We need some sort of event to listen to to know when the app prompt (doorhanger on desktop or confirmation dialogue on mobile) has been cancelled or dismissed.
