I have written a program which can subscribe to video files and display them

the output is :
now i've subscribed to one of the topics which showed drone's video
from this project
but the issue is that it's not showing the video to me in my program although the frames are being recieved, i want to manipulate rqt_image view for feature extraction
can someone please help me on this issue .
