Datumaro 3D export doesn’t consider outside property for tracks, causing issues #6141

My actions before raising this issue

Datumaro 3D export doesn’t contain outside property which is causing import issues like outside property is disabled even if it’s enabled before export.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Create a 3D track
  2. Export in Datumaro 3D and enable outside in any consecutive frame
  3. Import back annotations, and observe the frame where outside is disabled earlier

Expected Behaviour

Outside property should be as is while re-importing
