China's Tencent Tencent's Yolo-World may be able to join in the fact that it's a more real-time algorithm than gounding-dino that can make real-time zero-shot text prompts for inference

The supported types are target detection and instance segmentation

Unfortunately we can't use code from this repository because of strong copyleft license

  1. We discussed internally, and probably GPL-3.0 is good enough if we do not import anything from this code to our main application (microservice architecute allows us to do that).
  2. We may probably outsource the task to GSoC, or maybe it will be possible to implement it on our own. Depends on Q2 roadmap.
