Comparing networks created by mgm package #15

Hi Claudia,

Could be possible to compare networks generated by mgm package?

I made some implementation of it. I would like to know if this idea makes sense.

Hi Jacson,

In the most recent version of NCT, it is possible to use mgm. That is because estimateNetwork() is implemented in NCT. For the use of estimateNetwork(), I refer to the bootnet package of Sacha Epskamp.
