init roxygen2 skeleton #36

This version includes the new roxygen2 skeleton. It says it cannot automatically merge, but i'm not so sure why. @vandenman you have an idea?

Be careful that running Roxygen tends to overwrite all NAMESPACE and .Rd files. I personally never use it myself.
