Ability to autoclear logs #111

If log window become full (10-20K lines of entries), application starts to 
behave very slow.
It is a good idea to autoclear log window, or remove older rows after certain 
amount of entries 
(1000-2000).

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? On what version of OS X? PPC or 
Intel?
OSX 10.5.8

Removing the oldest entries in the logs seems like a reasonable option to have.

You should also consider using the OpenVPN "--mute" option, which prevents 
repetitive log entries. Of course, if 
the entries aren't repetitive that won't help.

And you could set the OpenVPN "--verb" option to a lower number, which results 
in less detail in the log.

Tunnelblick 3.1beta08 displays only the most-recent 10,000 log entries, which 
seems to not slow down things on a 3-year-old Mac Mini.
