this condition is a problem with THE AUTH_FAILED... Could anybody help me
as soon as possible?

im trying this connection at windows xp and 7 its doing well but at
tunnelblick mac os i get ( THE AUTH_FAILED PROBLEM ) thx

This usually means the username/password or private key was not entered 
properly. Make sure they aren't 
stored in the Keychain with incorrect data using the OS X Keychain Access 
application.

If the above doesn't help, you should redirect this question to the Tunnelblick 
Discussion Group at 
http://groups.google.com/group/tunnelblick-discuss to get a wider audience.
