Error during training #7

Hi Carlos,

I managed to get an error message. Attached you can find the error message, a screen shot. I cannot upload the traces file, so I will email it to you. I tried again with the same traces file and then it worked fine.

All I did was:

Load the data
Change number of states and check background subtraction
Uncheck i_sum_sd and correlation_coefficient
Annotate the first trace
Train

Thanks for reporting Carolien! From the error message I'm not sure what happened and I can't reproduce it at the moment, but I'll try again tomorrow. Did you run the tool on our web server at bioinformatics.nl/FRETboard or did you use a local installation?

It was on the web server. I was changing the number of states and background subtraction while it was still training, maybe that was a problem, I am not sure.
