add second translator, profile German #357

Following an invite,[1] an acknowledgement for a second translator to German is added.

You should be able to add yourself from Weblate (https://hosted.weblate.org/translate/setzer/application/de/?checksum=deecda9491124d4f) and will be automatically added to #355 in a few hours.
