Loading custom externals #4

There's a couple of problems with this, the externals would've to be compiled for android. And the loading wouldn't work in iOS. Also GUI externals wouldn't work at all, since the GUI part i completely wrote from the scratch and has nothing to do with the one in pd.

For now i'm working on adding more of the pd-extended libraries to it, like cyclone. I'm leaving this open though.

I can help you with Android implementation if you want. I'm talking about externals with standard gui.
