Further enhanced harmony support

Following on from issue 94, there were a few potential problems with the 
enhanced harmony that we were not able to do anything about for 0.5.

1. Make columns even width, or give them a minimum width? [Note: this has 
problems if one of the passages is much longer than the others, as you are left 
with empty columns while the remaining column is too small.  Examples: Mark 
16:12 - 13 in parallel with Luke 24:13 - 35 in Composite Gospel, John 18:39 - 
19:16 in parallel with the other three gospels for fairly long passages, but 
not as long in Robinson].

2. Allow passages to be shown one after another (like in the Compare Verses 
window) rather than in parallel.

Another thing that is worth considering is integrating the harmonies more 
closely into the text.  One possibility would be to display the headings for 
the current section in the chosen gospel harmony (defaulting to Composite 
Gospel as the probably more useful one), which references to the other passages 
in harmony with that passage hyperlinked (and so with hover tooltips, etc.)  
Would have to be careful not to add headings which might interfere with those 
already in the Bible (e.g. the ESV has a large number of section headings 
already).
