Manage Topics separator misplaced #203

1. Whenever I open the Manage Topics window, the vertical separator is moved 
all the way to the left, practically hiding the list of topics. It's unusable 
unless you drag the separator to the right. Another problem that you have to do 
this every time you open the window, very annoying. 

2. BPBible doesn't save the geometry of the Manage Topics window either. I 
think it'd be useful if it did both -- since some users prefer to work with 
Manage Topics maximized. Now you have to maximize it every time.

This is under Linux, rev1288.

I think this is either a duplicate of issue 162, or similar enough that both 
issues should be addressed together.
